Here is a basic steroid cycle but with a couple of advanced compounds , you could use this cycle to build lean gains or to help along side a cutting routine with a good diet. The injections are done every other day with weekends off , so monday , wednesday and friday.
- Test Prop 1ml/100mg EOD for 8 weeks
- Tren Ace 1ml/100mg EOD for 8 weeks
- Winstrol 50mg (oral) Every day (including weekends) last 4 weeks
so for this testosterone propionate cycle you would need 30ml of test prop , 30ml of tren a and 140 10mg winstrol tabs or 28 50mg winstrol tabs
Remeber Your PCT also …
- Clomid 300mg day 1 , 200mg day 2 , 100mg day 3, 50mg day 4 – 14
- Nolvadex 40mg day 1 – 7 , 20mg day 8 – 14
You should start to see lean gains and a loss of body fat in about 2weeks from starting the testosterone propionate cycle!

I have been doing test prop and tren ace @100mg eod for 1week so far. Tomorrow is Monday (the next week) and I’ve got so much of PUFFINESS LIKE WTF.the amount of water retention is crazy and depressing af man .Can’t express how much its depressing me. Anyways my shorts are tomorrow and I am planning the following:
Week 2( 27th April 2017)
-test prop 50mg , tren ace 100 eod
Week 3
-test prop 25mg, tren ace 100mg eod
Week 4: Test prop 25g, tren 50mg eod
So that’s it. Please someone help me. I don’t have anyone I can rectify this with. Please tell me if this is ok or if I need yo make changes. Also thinking if I should cut the prop off week 4 since and fucking prone to water retention. PLEASE HELP GUYS!
Also hit me a PCT for this cycle. Should wait for the last shot then hit PCt or…wait 14 days and then Hit pct?

I have done 3 weeks of testosterone suspension and stanalozol . 10 vials of both of em . Injecting week 1 EOD then week 2 and 3 ED. Waited for 2 weeks after the cycle ran out (since I did each vial of test and winny ED) . No pct or whatever. Had Gout and got fucked up. Doc says too much consumption if protein. I don’t know if it was the test doing 100mg if it ED that fucked me but. So puffed up like a ken doll and waited for 2 weeks and now this current cycle of test prop and tren ace. 1 week over and feel and look puffy again. What the fuck so I do man. I’m so mind fucked right now
