Well it depends on whether you trained before and what kind of lifestyle you lead.
If you trained before and had once that body you liked getting back is much easier due to muscle memory.
If you have 30-40 days before you want to get in a better shape like getting more shredded here is one of the ways to do it.
- Switch to a workout made of super-sets. This will increase metabolism. Better it be a 4 days/week workout.
- Add cardio. If possibe do it in the morning on empty stomach 1 hour after you get up, drink water and do the cardio for at least 60 minutes at moderate tempo like 80% of your max.
- Drink BCAA and L-Carnitine
- Cutting Steroid Cycle. Here are a few options of cutting steroids cycle: Testosterone Propionate + Winstrol or just test prop by itself, Cutaxyl or Cutmix which is already a great mix or Testosterone Propionate + Anavar or Primobolan tabs. All these are quick acting and if you do 4-6 weeks cycle you will see results.
